UNSW 60th Anniversary Staff and Family Celebration

On Wednesday the 2 December the Library Lawn at main campus will come alive with the first uni-wide staff and family BBQ.

Hosted by Chancellor David Gonski and Vice-Chancellor Fred Hilmer, the event is open to all UNSW staff, partners and children.

“UNSW's 60th Anniversary Staff and Family Celebration is an opportunity for the Chancellor and me to thank UNSW staff for their contribution to the University,” the VC said. “Our 60 years of extraordinary achievement would not have been possible without the commitment of our staff, so we hope you will join us.”

The party will be a great opportunity for the University community to come together for an afternoon of  food, fun and relaxation, with loads of activities for the whole family.

There will be cartoonists, green screen photo booth, face painting, children’s craft workshop, a golf challenge and build-your-own-burger barbecue with loads of drinks, snow cones and fairy floss.

Alcohol will be available to guests over 18
