Interest sought in International Fellowships Applications are invited for the 2006 UNSW International Fellowships Program. UNSW offers the International Fellowships Program to outstanding UNSW staff with the aim of providing high-quality staff development opportunities, developing and strengthening links between UNSW and selected global research-intensive universities, and gaining knowledge about research strengths, research training and administrative practices within these universities. The John Yu Fellowship Program to Europe and the Gordon J Samuels Fellowships (North America) particularly target early to mid-career academics. Along with the Anthony Mason Fellowships (Asia), they provide opportunities for full-time continuing UNSW academic staff to pursue research collaborations with targeted global institutions. The Universitas 21 Fellowships are for teaching and learning focussed projects at U21 network members. U21 Fellowships are also open to UNSW general/administrative staff, providing opportunities for benchmarking administrative best practices. General staff may also use the Fellowship to attend relevant U21 conferences/staff development activities. A U21 information session will be held on Tuesday 6 June. For more information, click here. All 2006 International Fellowships have a common closing date of July 28. Further details can be accessed via the UNSW website: http://www.unsw.edu.au/international/int/intfellowprog.html Information and application forms: Ms Anne Robertson or email: a.robertson@unsw.edu.au |
